Sleeping Arrangements

• Primary Suite: Queen bed, private ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower and private sauna.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
• Bedroom 3: Twin-over-double bunk bed.
• Living Room: Fold-down sleeper sofa.
• Additional Sleeping: Fold-out mattress stored in the upstairs bunk-room closet.
• Pack 'n Play/travel crib available.

Maximum occupancy: 8 guests. The additional mattress offers an alternative sleeping arrangement and does not increase permitted occupancy.

Kitchen and Dining

Enjoy our renovated, fully equipped kitchen, complete with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided.

Living and Outdoor Spaces

Relax in the spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, hardwood floors and a cozy gas fireplace. Enjoy three large Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi and a gaming console.

Step outside onto either private deck, enjoy the mountain views or prepare dinner on the gas BBQ. After a day of skiing, hiking or exploring the Village, unwind in your private sauna.

Enjoy being just steps from the mountain and approximately a 5-minute walk from Blue Mountain Village, with its restaurants, shops and entertainment. Skiing, snowboarding, hiking, cycling and nearby Monterra Golf Course make Wintergreen an excellent four-season destination.

Guest Access and Parking

Guests enjoy private access to the entire townhouse. Self-check-in is available using the front-door keypad.

Two parking passes are included for parking at Wintergreen. If you have more than two vehicles, additional parking is available across the road at Blue Mountain P2A. This lot is often free, but a small parking fee may apply. Please check posted parking signs and regulations.

Important House Rules

STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY — $600 CAD VIOLATION CHARGE

Our townhouse is located in a residential resort community. Parties, events, unauthorized gatherings and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.

Confirmed violations of our no-party policy may result in a $600 CAD charge, subject to our rental agreement, applicable law and booking-platform rules. Serious violations may also result in termination of your stay.

Privacy-Friendly Noise Monitoring

To protect our guests and neighbours, our property is equipped with a privacy-friendly noise-decibel monitoring system that measures sound levels and their duration.

The device does not record audio, video or conversations.

If excessive noise continues for an extended period, we receive an automatic notification and may contact guests.

Please respect our neighbours and community quiet hours. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside or immediately in front of the townhouse.
