Vacation Rentals International Co. is a small, family-owned and operated collection of vacation homes in Florida and Ontario.
I’m Athena, the founder. I’m a mother, medical student, musician, and longtime professional performer. My life has taken me from stages and recording studios to medical school classrooms and family travel, and through all of it I’ve learned how much the details matter when you’re away from home.
I created Vacation Rentals International Co. to offer the kind of stay I value myself: comfortable, straightforward, thoughtfully prepared, and supported by a real person who cares whether your trip goes well.
Our homes are not anonymous inventory in a large corporate portfolio. They are properties we know personally, and I want guests to feel that difference. Whether you are visiting Central Florida for a family vacation or escaping to Ontario’s Blue Mountains, our goal is simple: make your stay easy, welcoming, and memorable.
And yes, before medicine I spent years working professionally as a singer, songwriter, actor, and Lady Gaga tribute performer — so hospitality is not the only unusual chapter in this story.

Our current collection includes four vacation properties in Florida and Ontario, giving guests two very different ways to get away.
In Central Florida, our vacation homes offer space to relax, private amenities, and convenient access to the Orlando area's major attractions, restaurants, shopping, and family entertainment.
In Ontario's Blue Mountains area, our properties offer year-round escapes surrounded by skiing, hiking, golf, beaches, dining, and the natural beauty of Georgian Bay.
From sunny poolside vacations to cozy mountain getaways, each property has its own personality while sharing the same focus on comfort, thoughtful preparation, and responsive guest care.
